Post Wise Education
Qualification:-
For
X Ray Technician :- The
Aspirants must be passed 10+2 standard in while having subject in PCM Stream
i.e. Physics, Chemistry Maths with diploma in medical radiography.
For
Surgical Assistant :- The Candidates must be passed 10+2 Standard
while having PCM Stream i.e. Physics, Chemistry, Maths With diploma in Surgical
Assistant.
For
Lab Technician :- The Candidates must be passed 10+2 in PCM
Stream i.e. Physics, Chemistry Maths With diploma in Lab Technician. For More educational

Application Fee:- For
General/ OBC :- Rs. 375/-
For SC/ST :- Rs.
100/- .
Application Fee may be paid in any state bank of India Branch. From
07th September 2015 To 23rd
September 2015.

will be started from 07th September 2015 to 21st
September 2015. The Candidates should scan the PP Size Photo &
Signature & upload it on the application form.
