Controller General of Patents
Designs & Trademarks (CGPDTM) demands 459 (four hundred fifty nine) Examiners
for Patents and Designs. CGPDTM wishes to recruit 459 Examiners Patents and
Designs in the structure of Rs 15, 600-39,100 (PB-3) + Rs 5,400/- (agp) + Travelling
Allowances + House Rent Allowances etc. as applicable under the Government of
India norms. This is General Central Services (Group A Gazetted).
Candidates to ensure their qualification
for the Examination: The applicants applying for the examination should ensure
that they fulfill all qualification criteria for admission to examination.
Their admission to all the levels of the examination will be purely temporary subject
to fulfilling the decided qualification terms. Mere issue of Admit Card to the applicants
will not imply that his/her candidature has been finally cleared by the
competent authority.

Age Criteria – Minimum age should be
21 years and maximum age should be 35 years as on 01-01-2015. Age relaxations will
be given to reserved category applicants according to government notification.
Eligibility Condition - Master’s Degree
in Chemistry , Polymer Science, Bachelor's Degree in Polymer Engineering /
Technology or equivalent , Biochemistry, Biotechnology/Micro Biology,Biotechnology
Engineering, Micro Biology, Food
Technology, Bio-Medical Engineering, Computer Science / Information Technology,
Selection Method - Written Exam
