Commission is formed vide Uttarakhand Government Personnel Section-2
Notification No. 106 / XXX (2) / 14-03 (01) / 2018 TC III dated September 17,
2018. The Commission came into force on September 26, 2018 with the appointment
of Dr R.B.S. Rawat, Indian Forest Service (retired), as the Chairman of the
Commission.
